Contact with the Pingelap and Mokil communities
One evening, Nico Daams had a good meeting with representatives from the Pingelap and Mokil communities. There were about eight people there from Mokil and a smaller group from Pingelap. Both groups are keen to see Bible translation happen in their languages, but they realise this has to be a community project, not a project for a few individuals. Both groups will discuss the idea of starting a translation project with other members of their communities.
