In September 2010, each member of the Cemuhi translation team at Koé received a preliminary edition of the Gospel of Mark in their language. The team had translated this book in 2008 using the closely related Paicî version, with the help of Paicî translator Jacques Pourouda who is now acting as advisor to the Cemuhi group. Translation consultant Ross McKerras made a trip to the area in 2009 to check the Gospel, and Marietta Flaws, Paicî advisor, harmonised spelling usage and laid out and printed the book.
